Title: Castle In Spain Published in 2007 by Dark Castle Lords Other Books by Kate: A Greek Love Story, Greek Fire, Navajo Dreams Jennifer Miller and Conde Antonio “Tony” are a powerful, engaging and transfixing couple whose romance blossoms within the pages of Kate Hofman’s latest masterpiece, Castle in Spain. The road to love isn’t easy for either character. There are many bumps along the way—namely, promiscuous women, a meddlesome housekeeper and their own insecurities. With the reputation of the Conde's name also a key factor, Antonio has to discover his true self…will he adhere to what is expected of him, or will he follow his heart. It is a splendid and romantic journey to take with this author. Ms. Hofman handles the weaved delicacies within this story brilliantly. The passion smolders off the pages and the meaning of true love fills each one. As these characters fell in love, I was smitten with each of them. Everything about them was charming, romantic and poignant. Kudos (and thanks) to the author for bringing back a true contemporary romance—reminiscent of decades-old gems from yesteryear—but with greater sensuality that is intricately woven amidst compelling writing. Castle in Spain is everything romantic and eloquent. Reviewed by Tracey West
